We've Got It Good

Residents play soccer in Cap-Haitien, Haiti, Friday, July 31, 2009. At least 369 illegal Haitian migrants were repatriated to Cap-Haitien since January alone, according to U.N. peacekeepers in Haiti. They left the country, in overloaded boats, toward north, south and east to the U.S. and Caribbean islands, while smugglers shepherd others west to the Dominican Republic and sometimes on to Puerto Rico. Others fly on commercial aircraft with plans to overstay tourist visas.
